this system does the job I just didnt realise how small they are. I cannot read the information without a magnifying glass unfortunately. I just hope that any medical professional attending to me has good eyesight.

On the whole, happy with all items received from Notch. I have ordered quite a few bracelets and notches over the past year to celebrate my running achievements. Customer service is always good and they answer questions and try to solve any issues. I have only ever had one issue ordering a gold charm with a black trophy icon as per photo on the website. Unfortunately the trophy was a pale grey so it did not really stand out on the charm. I was offered a different colour charm and it was explained this was the only colour the machine could produce the pale grey. This did not really help as I wanted a black trophy on my charm so it stood out. The pictures at times do not reflect what you actually receive, so this charm will not be worn. Apart from this, I can say I have always been happy with products purchased and the service received.

I had to pay a lot of customs clearance fees for this parcel, €85,84 to be precise This I did not expect. On the parcel you noted the price of all 12 notches on the invoice, but I got 6 for free. So I paid you €150,65 and got billed for the total price. It would have been nice if you had warned me that the total price will be used for the customs clearance. I would have bought 2 notches less and order these another time in future.

Product good quality, however I was ordering as a gift and it was not easy to navigate doing a notch and a bracelet, therefore I had a name printed on the reverse of the clasp in error when it should have been on a separate notch. This error cost me an additional £10 and then I still had to order a separate notch.

It's I nice idea, but I think very overpriced they're probably made of aluminium and to manufacture. They probably cost 10p if that so with the price tag of £14 they're overpriced by quite a bit, I come from a manufacturing engineering background and I know exactly how I would make them

Regarding pricing, we're proud that our bracelets are among the most competitively priced on the market given the high standard and quality of materials we use. And for our Notches, we're proud to use UK sourced materials. The journey of every Notch is quite a long one. Each one requires machining, polishing (if brass or steel), anodised colouring (if aluminium), individual engraving, hand assembly, checking, shipping, packing and postage. Not all these processes take place in the same location either so there's transport costs to consider too. And of course we include two rubber spacers and a luxury velvet pouch with every Notch. Added to that are the salaries of our staff, insurances, costs of premises, heat, light, power and overall fixed costs of any business. Plus of course the 20% VAT that goes back to the Treasury. It does all add up Peter, to quite a bit more than 10p! Thanks again for your purchase and your feedback, both of which we greatly appreciate. I find the website difficult to use. I was looking for countries but could only find European ones so ordered special engraved ones. Then on a subsequent order I came across them by accident so my first order I paid £17 instead of £14 for 6 notches. That’s £18 extra so not happy.

Great concept especially for men! Good choice of colours & designs also custom made is so quick & no hassle. My only gripe is when you have a custom Notch it’s not central on the ring ie: Fred Bloggs (icon) all in a line & not centralised & there is room to do it, JUST A THOUGHT as not so pleasing to the eye.

No point getting the clasp personalised because you can't make it visible on the wrist. I appreciate brass tarnishes but didn't expect it to happen within a couple of days. Apart from that great service and quick delivery.

Brilluant service and quick delivery. I have given a 4 because I was disappointed with the London Marathon engraving. It didn't look like the picture and just seemed a bit tatty. Not bad enough to send back but wanted to share my feelings.

Little disappointed with my bracelet and the notches. The brass got stained within 24 hours of wearing, the white writing is not really visible on the "turquoise" notch, which is more like light blue color. The choice is brilliant. However I would suggest to show picture of the icons when selecting personalised text.

I'm kind of torn actually. On the one hand I love the idea of NOTCH and the bracelet is of high quality. But the website said not to add any extra width to the size of my wrist because NOTCH account for that. So I didn't, but it's pretty tight with just the one notch on it, so I can't see it being comfortable with any more notches added. Secondly, the notch I ordered is a standard one on the website, not custom made, so you'd expect it to be as it looks on the site, right? But it's not. It's a lighter, slightly greeny blue that I'm not a big fan of, and the pattern reaches up to the edge of the notch, which it doesn't do on the picture on the website. So yeah, fast delivery, good quality, but expectations have not been fulfilled and I feel a bit "meh".

I originally bought 4 notch bracelets as gifts for friends (male and female) for when we travel together, so we could gather a notch for each trip. However, as the Notch concept has gained popularity, the costs have gone up. On this basis, I'm not sure I'll continue to buy them after our current trip. It was a great idea but now I'm not sure it's worth the expense. Rather than buying a notch, I could pay for access to a sightseeing ticket for a similar expense. In addition, as someone who wears a lot of jewellery, if a notch bracelet is lost, I would struggle to get an insurer to pay out it's "value", which is actually quiet substantial if you are wearing a bracelet with several notches. All these factors mean I'm not sure we will continue with further purchases going forward.
