“I reached out to NOTCH after the magnet of my bracelet came out. The online chat service was quick and the customer service i received was fantastic. They offered to replace my bracelet for me and then when i said i was going to treat myself to a new notch as well they told me about the summer discount code they had. They were polite, friendly and delivery was quick. Thank you for making my day!”

“Knocked score down to 4 because after I'd applied my £50 voucher I got charged £3 for postage. (Order total was £56 so surely I qualified for free postage?)”

Hi Ralph! This is because the voucher is added before shipment costs. So, once the £50 was removed, the system thought your order was £6 worth, which is why it added the £3 shipping charge. We will pop you an email, so we can rectify this :)

“I made a mistake in the length of my bracelet and Notch said no problem, send it back and they will sort it. I sent it back and was kept up to date on the progress. Also I offered to pay extra to get a different clasp. They changed the length and gave me a new clasp all FREE OF CHARGE. I couldn't ask for a better service. No other company has been so helpful amd polite to me before. The product is sturdy as well as cute. Really recommend this company and thei products.”
