“My purchase of medical bracelet and notches are really beautiful. The quality is really nice with the colourful finishing touches. The magnetic fastener is super strong and I do not fear loosing it. However, my only issue, which in time I will get used to doing, is having to take the bracelet off to shower or go swimming. Now to most this isnt an issue but if I was to go swimming in a public pool and something went wrong with my health condition, I dont have my bracelet on with all my medical information. to advise anyone around me. It would be in my locker and probably never found if I had to be admitted to hospital. Again, this is my personal point of view and maybe not issue to most.”

“The bracelet was a present for a friend, bought the Happy Birthday tin but my best friend who I got it for as he already has a bracelet told me the wrong size but I don't have any return paperwork now as him having a bracelet already I didn't keep it as didn't expect him to tell me the wrong size. I put a note in the envelope with the bracelet stating all the order info and hope all will be ok with just getting a exchange for the exact same bracelet but smaller. His first bracelet that he already had, had to be glued as the magnetic clasp kept coming undone after a few months so hoping this time it lasts longer but other than all that, he's happy”

“Very pleased with the service. I put the wrong delivery address on the original order (it was a present for my daughter who lives in Scotland) so I emailed them to ask them to change it and got a reply the same day to say they had changed it for me. My daughter was very pleased with tge Notches I ordered. Will shop with them again.”
