“can’t fault the produce or customer service. We had a minor issue (although it didn’t feel like that at the time!) and NOTCH resolved it quickly. Made us feel as though we were the only customers. The email response was fast & friendly. I am pleased to have found them”

“I received a Notch for my birthday. The bracelet was a bit big. I used the online chat and arranged an exchange which arrived within 2 days. I have since ordered more notches which arrived very quickly. Very efficient, friendly service. Would definitely recommend to a friend”
