“I love this brand! The bracelets are fantastic quality, as are the notches. I love that you can personalise and add to the bracelet as you wish but the best thing is this company’s customer service. They are brilliant and they actually value their customers.”

“The product arrived just as described, and the service was exceptionally quick! Considering the personalisation, I expected to wait a couple of days for the bracelet and notches to be manufactured and dispatched, but it took less than 24 hours. I don't know whether I was just lucky, but that was an excellent turnaround.”

“Love my Notch Bracelet. Initially got it to record achievements but then due to a sudden illness and diagnosis it has become a medical emergency bracelet too. Ordering was simple and even though I needed personalisation done the delivery was extremely quick.”

“Love Notch, they are such amazing quality and look so good. I bought one for my partner who is quite unwell and is sadly almost totally bed bound now. But the one thing in life that brings us so much happiness is the gorgeous Bumble, Sandra's registered Assistance Dog. So, what better way to celebrate the joy she brings to us than with a Notch. “I ordered in the evening and it was shipped out the following day. The post took a while but that’s not the fault of NOTCH. The NOTCH itself was almost perfect but it just needed a space at the end of the text and then the spacing would have been symmetrical - I’m a perfectionist but maybe something for the engraver to consider in the future. Those finer details matter. Can’t fault the service and the quality of the product. Top NOTCH (couldn’t resist!)”
