“I love the concept of NOTCH. I have 2 bands and 9 Notches, and my wife has at least 12 Notches. The quality of the bands and Notches is superb and the customer service is Excellent. HOWEVER, I have one massive problem that stops me from ordering any more, and that is that the magnet is not perfect, and I have found on at least 10 occasions when taking jumpers or coats off, that the bracelet unclips and comes off. I have found it on my driveway, in the wash basket, on the gym floor and have been very fortunate not to have lost it for good. I have a friend, who also experienced the same problem and lost it altogether, which is very upsetting with £200+ worth of charms on it. I did report this to the team at Notch and asked if they had considered a safety clasp, or 2 charms with a safety chain, similar to what Pandora sell. Unfortunately not. The team did send me a free of charge bracelet in case I had a weak magnet, but it is the same. If this issue was overcome then I would order loads more and would rave about the product.”

“Excellent service!! Such a fab gift idea for anyone, not just for athletes. Ordering was easy, delivery was super fast which I was really chuffed about, and the product arrived in a lovely wee pouch. This is the 2nd bracelet I've bought from notch and I'll be back again....just need to figure out the next person to gift one to!”

“I think the brackets are really nice. When I ordered I asked for plane envelope as it was a present. This never happened and my wife knew what it was two weeks before she should have. Gutted.”

“Me being an idiot, I lost my notch bracelet. I was about to order a new one, and messaged the team to see if there were any offers coming up to offset the cost. A nice discount voucher was given. The lady I spoke to on the phone was able to go through my orders and my wife's orders to ensure that the notches being sent out were an exact match for the ones I lost. Order placed, package arrived. As always, amazing customer service.”
