About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Really happy with our new harness! Whilst we initially didn’t get the right fit, the process for exchanging for a bigger size was really easy. The customer service from Mountain Dog was amazing - following an issue with the postal service on my return package, they went above and beyond to assist despite having no obligation as the issue was in no way their fault. “I was very dubious whether it would work, but my little schnauzer approved of the wrap once she had it on. She has broken her leg so she has enough bother from that already without having to suffer in the present heatwave. She hates water - seems that almost all schnauzers do - but her coat is not wet from wearing the wrap. First day of wearing the wrap and I'm already recommending it. Friends have suggested that it would even be good for humans!”

“Excellent service, the harness didn't seem to fit properly so contacted them for advice and they were very helpful. Exchanged the harness for the next size up, the return was posted on the Monday and the replacement arrived the Friday! Very quick and effient, new harness fits great too!”

“We just tried ours out this weekend for the 1st time and found it very useful for climbing. Although in hindsight wish we had went for the more expensive one with chest straps for our comfort. Our dog is 12kg and we bought large. She seemed to love the ride and vantage point.”
