About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Delivered on time. But Royal Mail so nothing to do with them really. No contact yet with customer services. Website fine to use though you don’t get much of a clear idea about the products, being American.. shame there aren’t more British made products sold.”

“Already had an identical Monsoon Coat for our Border Terrier, and bought an additional coat for our Spaniel. Sizing was no problem as she already had a Hurtta jacket, but this is great for a light jacket when it's not cold. One thing we've found on both coats though is that the elastic leg loops are too loose, even allowing for movement, so we'll need to stich these tighter to suit our slim pair of pooches! However, can't fault the speed of service from Mountain Dog.”

“Ordered a Ruffwear harness and beacon light. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Can’t fault the items at all, very good quality and the beacon light is extremely bright in the dark. Which is just what we wanted for night time dog walks!”
