About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I have the Houdini of scared dogs . She can invert her collar bones and slip out of harnessses backward like an eel. No probs. Well , that’s fixed. She’s really angry with Mountain Dog, but I’m really happy. Despite trying very hard , she’s not succeeded. “Buy from Mountain Dog, keep your dog “. Easy as. Thankyou. Bought Ruffwear Flagline Harness. Proper kit.”

“First time ordering from Mountain Dog and process was very easy. Had to exchange the harness for a smaller size, this was again no problem and very simple. Would recommend this website. The harness is the front wear Ruffwear harness and now having the right size, is proving to be a great harness for our active toy poodle. Very secure and easy to get on and off.”

“Great vest I own 2 working dogs one German shepherd and a 7 month old Dutch shepherd that need constant training this vest makes it so much easier to take all my training equipment out in one go plenty of pockets really comfortable a must have for any training big or small”

“Excellent service, shipped out the order quickly. No hassle with anything. Love the free postage for over £35 it's a reasonable amount one can spent easily and not to pay for ridiculous shipping charges. I would rather spent few more £ on dog treats to get over the threshold than pay that in postage :). Like the selection of goods. Purchased Rukka life jacket and went back for the drying robe. Overall very positive experience :)”
