“Been a regular customer for a long time now and always very happy with the service and products. Disappointed lately however with the lack of stock just now and the rationing of products. I understand the problems during this difficult time but surely a loyalty scheme should have been put in place.”

“Impressively rapid response and delivery even with the current lockdown problems. Only issue was I forgot to add an item to my initial order and could find no way of updating the order. So I immediately made a separate order and sent a message asking if the two orders could be combined. I got a (rapid) response saying yes. But in fact they still arrived as two parcels (with two lots of postage charges).”

“It would be good if you could complete my order of mid-January of 400 gms sodium metabisulphite when I paid for 500gms but only received 100gms. I have a message from Darren Byrne that he would honour this arrangement. Thanks, J. Whittaker”

“Good service and excellent products but thought using DPD for delivery is too expensive. Royal Mail do it much cheaper as I live in Northern Ireland. Royal Mail deliver here too!”

“good selection of kits, delivery abroad without any issue BUT the beer kit contents are not clearly described on the website and I have received 2 beer kits of pale ale without any hops. Too late now to order some to flavour the batch !”

“I purchased an American ipa starter kit bundel from love brewing, the kit arrived quickly and contained everything it should. The kit came with written instructions which were easy to follow and my kit is currently on day 7 of the fermentation stage. Also there are a series of YouTube videos which are very good. I cant review the taste but so far an absolute beginner has got successfully got this far and enjoyed it.”

“All OK thanks, though I'd like to have ordered one or two more than 5 kits if there were no restrictions - we gather a lot of hedgerow fruit. But obviously I understand if you have to do this during the current crisis. All best Matt (Bruce)”
