“Really quick dispatch of an order (covid 19 time so a lot of companies running late). Products arrived not damaged and every item from my order was present.”

“It’s the first time we’ve ordered from you. Unfortunately none of the sachets were in the box when it arrived but I emailed and got a quick response and the sachets did come albeit a week later but that could be due to the postal service at the moment but will definitely order again from you”

“new to brewing and was recommended love brewing to start with, so far so good with purchases and delivery the video tutorials are good and helpful only gave a 4 as 2 weeks away from tasting first brew so at the moment really satisfied also support team are quick and helpful”

“Been a regular customer for a long time now and always very happy with the service and products. Disappointed lately however with the lack of stock just now and the rationing of products. I understand the problems during this difficult time but surely a loyalty scheme should have been put in place.”
