“I used Love Brewing as my local supplier, was out of stock of a number of kits.The service was excellent, however the delivery costs were excessive”

“As always I have been pleased with the speed of delivery and the price/quality of your products. However the most recent order I received from you did have a slight problem. One of the Icon Coffee Maria packs I ordered arrived with a small hole in the packet resulting in a slight leakage from the bag, as such I had to discard this pack. Other than this I have been mostly pleased with your company and will continue to buy from you in the future. Thanks”

“The order, purchase and delivery were all excellent. The product, Beaverdale Nebbiolo I have used over many years and also excellent. However the 5 gal kit box, for the second time, has split on unpacking. This is a manufacturing deficiency but has lost you a star. Suggest you take it up with Beaverdale.”

“Even when things were grinding to a halt with coronavirus, my order was delivered quickly and efficiently. Dropped one star because the heavy beer kits pushed my keg and bin together and could have broken the delicate glass parts of my brew kit. luckily only a bit of cosmetic damage to the packaging, everything else was fine. IPA now brewing as we speak...”

“The wheat malt was out of date, but I have used it, and so far the brew smells very good! In these troubled times, and with pubs shut, home brewing will come into its own, and I hope you can keep supplies available.”

“I am new to the wine brewing process and the kit I bought is fantastic, a good price, comes with good instructions and all seems top quality stuff. The only minor point I can say is that I bought a separate bottling tap and in the description, it stated that if you requested, when buying, they would put the hole in the bucket/fermentor for you. This didn't happen, but is only a minor point as I have managed to sort it myself. Other than that, it's seems a great company!!!”
