“Ordered a bespoke loft hatch. As I made a mistake in the ordering process I was contacted very quickly by the company and the fault was rectified. Product arrived within the week. Beautiful constructed, due to holiday I haven't installed it yet, but everything was as requested so I'm confident it will. Thank you Jupiter Blue Ltd.”

For orders placed on 21st July the delivery window is likely to be between 21st - 24th August. “Quite happy with the loft hatch and ladder as they were fairly easy to install and are exactly what I was needing for providing easy access to the loft space. Only minor complaints would be that the way the fixings for the loft hatch were packaged that they compressed the hatch insulation during shipping so it's now got the outline of the screws imprinted on it. Also the delivery charges to ship it via Parcel Force (ie. Royal Mail) to NE Scotland are extortionate.”

We apologise for the fixings being packaged in such a way that compressed the hatch insulation during shipping. It won't impact the performance of the insulation. We're sorry you feel the carriage charge is high, it's a flat rate for upto 60kg which benefits some customers more than others.
