“I never thought a loft hatch would make me so happy but it does. Jupiter Blue made a custom sized loft hatch for our odd shaped loft hole to replace a genuinely awful flappy bit of plywood. It came very well packaged, well within the stated delivery time, and the fitment was absolutely spot on. Can't fault the whole experience.”

Hi Steve, Thank you for your review. The hand made product you ordered is on a lead time of 12 - 15 working days. For Orders placed Friday 6th October this gives a delivery window between today (Monday 23rd October up to Thursday 26th October). I've just checked with production, your order is being dispatched today and should be delivered by Wednesday 25th October. Regards Martin

“Third bespoke hatch I have purchased from them in over 12 months. All have fitted like a glove and was very easy to fit. Delivery was within the ETA advised for the bespoke hatch. Well packaged as well. Would use them again without hesitation.”

“Loft hatch arrived on schedule. Fitted perfectly. Much heavier than expected & needed two people to position it, but once we'd worked out how we could lift it into position installation was simple & quick. Great piece of kit. Looks superb.”

“I’ve asked for a refund on my order and I have not received yet I ordered and cancelled as soon as they said it will be Monday for delivery I always use you but I needed to access panels quick so I had to buy them off the shelf I did not realise the time is 3 pm cut off for next day delivery”

Hi Nigel, thank you for your review. When you place an order your bank gives us an authorisation code which allows us to debit the money from your payment card. In the case of your order from yesterday (5th October) The money isn't actually debited from your account until 23.59 the same working day. You asked us to cancel the order before the funds had been debited so the only option open to us was to voided your transaction. Voiding means we will never attempt to debit the money, however the authorisation code generated by your bank is valid for a period of time. During this period of time the funds will show as pending, however will not be debited. This is a feature of the bnaking systems and is outside of our control. Please feel free to verify this with your bank.

“I had looked everywhere for a decent insulated hinged loft hatch but could not find one in about of the usual DIY shops or even online. Then I came across this site and they had what I wanted. The hatch is slimline and fits nice and flush to the ceiling. It's airtight and the insulation is very thick which is great. I tried installing it myself but had to admit defeat because I couldn't hold the surround in place while trying to screw in the screws so I got my dad to help me. He was in the loft holding it in place while I fixed it in place. I then closed it to make sure it was a tight fit and he could hardly hear me talking when it was closed! Lovely bit of kit, get a helper to give you a hand to install it and you are set.”

“Good product, as advertised and with good delivery time. The reason this isn't a 5-star review is because the printed instructions said that the aperture to the loft should be measured only after lining it with plasterboard. This information is not included in the online instructions that I read when making the order, so I measured according to that. Luckily, my fitting worked without plasterboard, but otherwise it could have been a disaster. If that information was in fact in the online instructions, then please forgive me, but I don't remember seeing it anywhere.”

“undoubtedly I chose the correct loft hatch and the speed of the supply was beyond my expectations. The finished product looks well, and I am a satisfied customer. One irritating item was the pole for the general lock. It is not comfortable to use and I have to stand on a stool due to my smallish stature, and I suppose my age, being nearer 90 than 80. My hand was sore for two days. A minor point but you did ask!!!”
