“I have used Jupiter Blue on a few occasions to purchase access panels. I also purchased a bespoke made to measure loft hatch that was fantastic quality and fitted perfectly. The online purchase and payment system is straight forward, and deliveries have always been on time. When I needed to contact customer support, my enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently. A five-star rating for a five-star company. Highly recommended.”

“Really pleased with my purchase. Excellent product made exactly to my specification. Easy to fit, & so much better than the 'old door' that existed previously. Very solid (metal) hatch door & frame. Nice finish. Robust. Air tight - keeping my home much warmer. Very good value. Well worth the investment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!”

“The hatch looks so good compared to the plywood hatch it replaced. I’m very happy with it I will ask Jupiter whether they have a solution to a wall hatch I also need replaced.”

“Not great. Custome hatch (1 of 2) ordered and not delivered despite courier confirming there shoudl be two parcells. Had to call to establish where it was as invoice was issued so it was definately shipped. Dave was very helpfull but advised it was not shipped due to powder coating issue? Had to collect so as to be on time with our installation. This was not convenient at all. The hatch we collected was in bubble wrap only and there is a dent on each side of the frame. Sometimes you just have to step up and offer a solution that works for your customer, even if someone just checks the product first, puts it in a car and gets it to where it is needed. We are based on Wakefield btw so not that far out of the way. I appreciate that if we were London its a different storey and your outgoing quality control should have spotted the obvious dent.”

“Ordered my loft hatch which came I good time, the package was slightly damaged when it arrived, I dealt with a gentleman called David who advised me a new hatch would be in the post next day, thus arrived promptly and was installed in 15 minutes, great product and excellent customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again”
