“ordered a made to measure loft hatch which came in the stated time and is of good quality the measurements were perfect and it fitted as it should it was well packed and arrived in perfect condition ,excellent service from this company i was well pleased many hanks”

“Jupiter blue were very helpful when I phoned for advice about a loft hatch. I ordered a hatch and this was delivered the next day. I have not yet had time to fit the hatch but feel I be able to do this without any problem. Good service.”

“Ordered on line to replace an existing plastic hatch. Delivered on time and well wrapped. Had to insert a baton to ensure a snug fit into existing opening, but knew I may have to do that. Fits close to the ceiling and overall very pleased with product and whole process.”

“The loft hatch is sturdy and well made. I sought assistance from Customer Services regarding sizes. As I was going away I decided to order it when I got back however customer services failed to tell me there was going to be a price increase. If I had known this I would have ordered it prior to going away.”

“Low quality panel. The plastic hinge broke while the door was being installed. Had to get a replacement from flipfix. Still have your panel f you want it back”
