“Having never heard of this company I was unsure what to expect but the Inspection Hatch looked a nice clean design and was of the size I wanted. From ordering to delivery the whole experience was very good and very prompt. The hatch was well packed and lived up to my needs. The hatch could do with fixing holes on all four sides as I'm sure others will be like me who found my walls were not as square as they should be and so the hatch needed extra support. It wasn't difficult to drill the required extra holes.”

“Son and myself fitted the hatch in a couple of hours no problem at all. Fitted a three section loft ladder at the same time. All done and dusted in less than 3 hours. Loft hatch looks great and I?m delighted with the result, 5 stars from me”

“Does what is says on the tin! The made-to-measure loft hatch came when I was told it would, fitted snugly and the landing is now pretty warm! My only comment would be that the instructions 'suggest' that installing the hatch is a two-man job; -I would say it's definitely a two man job! It would be very difficult for an intermediate DIYer like myself to do this single-handedly. (It's a breeze with two people.)”

“I found the ordering of our new loft hatch easy to do on this web site. Delivery was earlier than expected and the item was well packed. It was, as explained in the installation, a 2 man job as it was a bit awkward to hold in place when fitting into the loft hatch frame but it fitted well and we are pleased with the final look of it. The locking device is a bit stiff but should become easier as the seals bed in. Many thanks and we would recommend this product if asked by friends and family.”
