“Drop down made to measure lift hatch. Perfect fit, no drafts, easy to install, top quality and ready insulated. A bit pricey but if you want cheap, drafty, poor quality, other suppliers are available. About to order another for the garage loft.”

“The attic hatch is solid and well made. The only thing you must be very accurate with is the opening size in the ceiling. There is no flexibility in the frame. If you are the slightest bit off square, the hatch does not close properly. Very quick delivery.”

“So the first product I received was damaged (probably in transport). I emailed the team asking what?s next thinking they would say ?it wasn?t like that when it left us....? but no, they were amazing, apologised for the fault and sent a replacement out the next day. You can?t say fairer that that! I?m a materials buyer in the construction industry and this level of service is truely outstanding. The product is of a good quality and the latches work well. This is a good company with great customer service.”

“Second order and this time for made to measure fire door hatches. Arrived within the timescale quoted and MM perfect. Not much more expensive than purchasing pre sized ones and no mucking about to make the openings a standard size. Would definitely use again”

“Purchased access panel. Mine wasn?t the biggest order in the world but answer to technical question late pm answered by 9am next morning. Order placed around 3 pm was delivered before lunch next day. What more is there to say?????”

“Found these guys on the internet,so read there reviews and I was impressed,so in my property was a not very insulated and draught proof loft hatch,so a cold draught blow up the staircase,which was quite chilly on a night,so measured the existing loft hatch,obviously to joists and where I would fix the new too,had to remove the existing architrave and make good,but a great finish to the new loft hatch and very well made delivered on time,communication can be slow,but good things come to them who wait!”
