“Very nicely made and will create a good loft opening. It's a shame that the hatch is not designed to be removed from it's frame as it would be much easier to fit the frame first to the ceiling aperture and then attach the hatch. My ceiling is 2.5m above floor level so the 'free' closing pole is too short for my wife to use easily. Would have willingly paid for one 15cm longer but will now have to source a 1m length of 12mm square tube to modify the pole supplied.”

“Purchased a loft hatch, delivery very quick and well packaged.Sadly the lock was broken.Called Jupiter Blue customer services the next day and a replacement loft was dispatched and received the very next day. Customer service was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend this company.Price was the best/cheapest for the loft hatch I required.Thank you.”
