“Purchased a bespoke sized plasterboard, wall fitting access panel. Prior to placing order spoke to company to get help in making sure I was ordering correct size, and was given very friendly and easily understandable advice. The product turned up within the quoted timescale,; well packed, and via tracked courier. The panel is very substantial in build quality. All round very good experience, and would order from them again if ever required.”

“I had a custom roof space hatch made by Jupiter Blue. The workmanship is first class, I cannot fault it in any way. The price was great as well for a custom made product. They forgot to send the opening pole but they shipped it immediately and I received it the next day. Certainly, for the product I purchased I would highly recommended Jupiter Blue.”

“Product was perfect fit and as described. It arrived early and well packaged to avoid those annoying scratches and chips you can get on powder coated products in the mail. Only thing I would say is the reduction of 5mm was not needed in my case and has given me a hairline gap with the new plaster work and the loft hatch. With careful management of the installation I have made it less noticeable.”

“The loft hatch arrived as scheduled. Quite expensive but worth it. Excellent product which will save a lot of effort. It needs two people to fit unless you can fashion some supports while screwing in. The key was not shipped with the hatch but after I called they sent another one which arrived the next day.”

“Bought a custom drop down metal hatch to access a new roof space we had had created, excellent quality and so have now replaced our main loft hatch with similar from their SD range. Easy to fit and looks great. We had an issue with the Opening Pole but that was replaced without quibble. Would certainly recommend on my experience with Jupiter Blue.”
