“Bought a clear loft hatch. The Royal Mail courier staff dropped it so a corner was dented. Jupiter blue was going to make a loss by replacing it and send replacement by pallet to avoid 2nd clear loft hatch being damaged. Jupiter blue said Royal Mail staff would only get ?telling off? and not pay compensation for damage. Jupiter blue told me to dispose of clear loft hatch as a loss would be incurred for them to retrieve the damaged loft hatch. We don?t like to see waste and feel that it is not right that Jupiter blue should make a loss because it was Royal Mail courier?s fault. We suggested that Jupiter blue give us a discount on the damaged clear loft hatch as we can use pliers to bend the dented corner back to shape, sand and repaint the dented corner. Jupiter blue was very kind as and agreed to give us a discount. Our repair was not perfect. However , the rest of the clear loft hatch still looked spectacular. We are very pleased with Jupiter Blue?s workmanship and we would definitely buy from Jupiter blue again!”

“Would recommend Jupiter Blue (and have already mentioned to friends) I ordered an SDS made to measure loft hatch to replace a draughty old access to a 1930s loft opening. I had called the team before ordering for advice on measurements as the opening was slighlty out of square. For a made to measure product my order was then turned around very promptly and arrived securely packaged. This is a quality product and made to measure was exactly that. The frame slotted into position perfectly on the first attempt without any need to trim the surrounding timber work. The fitting instructions advised to use the supplied woodscrews. There were none provided but 12 countersunk screws did the job. Packing shims were also needed as advised in the instructions to prevent overtightened screws twisting the frame.”

“I do not think I could have expected any better service. I ordered online on Sunday night, the website was easy to use to find what I wanted. The range of sizes/alternatives was good and the ordering payment and confirmation were all as they should be. Delivery was confirmed for Tuesday which is really a next day delivery at no extra cost. Delivery was made via carrier and the unit was very well packed with vulnerable corners extra well protected. The unit was well made and exactly as described. I did have to trim a sliver off the insulation to make opening easier but hardly worth a mention. Very pleased overall.”

“By process of elimination Simone was the person to answer the 'phone and my enquiry. Have you ever tried to source a loft pole with a male 'key' fitting ~ near impossible. The customer care was above and beyond ~ we giggled exchanged photo's of the problem 'lock' and within hours I had a yes we have a pole in stock that will solve the problem! Mailing Yorkshire to Somerset no problem and I was even thanked for ringing to see if they could help. Would definitely look to them for help over knotty problems again. You don't know if you don't ask and I am glad I asked! Thank you team and especially Simone.”
