“Went for custom hatch - was a bit concerned as the dimensions I needed were not quite rectangular. Emailed and got advice the same day - ordered based on their recommendation, delivered in the time they said and fitted nicely! Unsurprisingly, fitting is not a one person job (one needs to hold it in place whilst the other screws it in). Really nicely put together - looks nice and works well.”

“I needed a a fire rated loft hatch and ladder. Couldn?t get one here on Orkney. Looked online and found Jupiter blue. Ordered on a Tuesday and both items arrived on the Saturday. I would definitely order again. Thanks”

“Bought a loft ladder/ hatch at a good price. Delivery was fast which I wasn?t expecting! Unfortunately the hatch door had damaged to the face of it. Got in contact with Jupiter Blue and within one week a new hatch door arrived without any problems. Excellent service and wouldn?t hesitate on using again.”
