“The hatch was safely delivered in accordance with spec. It took two people to get it into place as you suggested, but once achieved it was in place it was quick and simple to complete the job. Drafts now stopped and loft access much safer than before”

“We tried the push click variety of catch, but found they both didn't last and were difficult to fit correctly. We have been using a brass slide bolt arrangement but we had to stand on a chair to get to it. This product although quite expensive is worth getting as it is very neatly and robustly engineered. I think it will outlast me!”

“I found the ordering of our new loft hatch easy to do on this web site. Delivery was earlier than expected and the item was well packed. It was, as explained in the installation, a 2 man job as it was a bit awkward to hold in place when fitting into the loft hatch frame but it fitted well and we are pleased with the final look of it. The locking device is a bit stiff but should become easier as the seals bed in. Many thanks and we would recommend this product if asked by friends and family.”

“Excellent service, kept informed via e-mail of every step of the transaction. Very good value for money i.e. Loft hatch. Fast delivery. Had a small problem them with loft hatch catch, contacted Jupiter blue and this was replaced there was no hesitation in solving the Problem. Highly recommended and would purchase from this company again. Nice to receive good customer service.”
