“Excellent loft hatch made to measure. Advice to reduce dimensions by 5mm worked very well as my opening was not completely square. Very well manufactured; packed and delivered quickly. Highly recommended.”

“Very pleased with the loft hatch although it did arrive with where it locks bent it took about one hour to fit , bent the locking part straight after fitting It took longer to prepare with dust sheets etc and clean up after the fitting and it was a perfect fit taking five mil off the opening was good advice from you”

“I do not think I could have expected any better service. I ordered online on Sunday night, the website was easy to use to find what I wanted. The range of sizes/alternatives was good and the ordering payment and confirmation were all as they should be. Delivery was confirmed for Tuesday which is really a next day delivery at no extra cost. Delivery was made via carrier and the unit was very well packed with vulnerable corners extra well protected. The unit was well made and exactly as described. I did have to trim a sliver off the insulation to make opening easier but hardly worth a mention. Very pleased overall.”

“Bought the made to measure loft cover due to cold air getting past the old door making the stairwell and hall cold in winter. Followed instruction on how to measure the loft hole (good fit guys not packing needed) I was told that I would be notified once the item had been made and posted which I was. The item arrived well packaged which was good as I was not home when it arrived. After removing the old loft door and fittings it took the Mrs and me about 15 minutes to fit and screw the new door into place. Looks good sleek lines hope we will see benefits when winter comes. The door drop gives plenty of space so the loft ladder does not rest on the door. This is a two person job to fit this item.”

“We had a non-standard sized loft hatch which needed replacing after redecorating the landing. There was very little choice of suppliers, but Jupiter Blue could do the exact size, frame and level of insulation we wanted. It was delivered quickly, well packaged and fits perfectly (and only took 10 minutes).”

“My access hatch arrived today and has taken just 7 days from order to delivery for a bespoke made to size hatch! It was as described on the web site, was easy to fix with fold out tabs for screws on all sides, lid is removable for easy installation. In fact from taking delivery, trimming the hole to size, fixing some timber to mount the frame onto, fixing the frame and filling as necessary, sweeping up and wiping down the shower room where this is installed, just 2 hours! And a tidy looking ceiling again, but with future easy access to the problem plumbing behind the hatch, great!”
