“I found the website easy to use and make my order. My new loft hatch was delivered promptly and on time. The delivery company texted me the one hour delivery slot which meant I wasn't waiting in all day. The product was an excellent fit to replace my old hatch, good quality and easy to install. I'm very pleased with my new loft hatch and feel it was good value for money.”

“Virtually the only company offering metal and insulated made to measure loft hatches. Quality product and very helpful staff on the other end of the phone. Considering this was made to measure I was very impressed that it arrived within about 10 days of ordering.”

“We tried the push click variety of catch, but found they both didn't last and were difficult to fit correctly. We have been using a brass slide bolt arrangement but we had to stand on a chair to get to it. This product although quite expensive is worth getting as it is very neatly and robustly engineered. I think it will outlast me!”

“Delivery was on time as predicted by the supplier. Initial impression was that the product was flimsy, but proved wrong. Installation was very easy, note: needs 2 people but not for long. Screw holes are flexible enough to allow for quite a bit of take up, should the loft hole be a bit larger that the loft hatch. Being white plastic, it can be masked prior to decorating. Overall well worth the low cost over rebuilding the loft hatch. Recommended”
