“Superb interaction with the company, both verbally and email, in ensuring that the custom loft hatch was of the correct type and size. Product was delivered in good time, is of excellent quality and fitted perfectly. I want to get another identical loft hatch in the near future, so will be ordering from the same company.”

“Great product. Instructions for measuring was clear and concise. When the product arrived it fitted perfectly. I was actually surprised at the quality and finish. This is a first class product, which was bespoke for my loft entrance and I would highly recommend.”

“Turnaround - approx 1 week Sizing - product was within 0.5mm of requested size Finish - excellent sprayfinish Overall - excellent. More than happy. Would definitely recommend. Improvements - installation documentation should be provided to ensure good fit and maintain a good seal.”

“I bought the AT15 airtight loft hatch. It seems well designed: the metal frame is surprisingly thin and seemed vulnerable to damage prior to being fitted but should be fine now it is in place. The hatch seals very convincingly - you have to push it firmly to get it fully closed. I made a lightweight template the size of the hole specified which made fitting easy. This is the first time I've used this company and the service and product were both very good.”

“Very well constructed and fitted beautifully. Would have been nice for some rubber washers to be included, as they allow tightening without distorting the frame . Sound proof and insulation qualities are brilliant. Will be buying another one.”

“I ordered a bespoke insulated loft hatch, and popped into the prepared opening over the weekend. It looks brilliant, and the Mrs is really pleased the cold draft has now gone from our stair landing space. Quality product, reasonable cost, what more could you ask for?”

“Initially had to phone to get advice as my loft opening was wider at one end than the other. Query was answered quickly. Placed on line order and the hatch was delivered about 5 days earlier than expected. The packing box had a massive rip in it, but contents were fine. Didn't take long to install. Fits perfectly, looks great and most importantly there are no more drafts. Would have been nice if packing material had not been polystyrene. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a bespoke loft hatch from Jupiter Blue after being quoted stupid money for a new one by tradespeople - great instructions for getting the right measurements and really easy to fit. Actually took longer to get out of the box than it did to fit! Great quality, looks fab I would definitely recommend !”
