“I asked a question using the "ask a question" option under the product but no response at all. So don't bother to use that option!!! Ordered only the loft hatch; agree it is an ok product for the price charged and went else where to buy the loft ladder. Had they responded to my query, l might have gone for the loft ladder also from same supplier, good that they didn't response;-) got a better product from else where.”

“Ordered 2 loft ladder poles in May. One of the plastic ends snapped recently. I contacted them to advise and I received an immediate response apologising. A new pole was despatched and then received next day. Fantastic service … and all on an item costing less than £20.”

“Disappointed. Ordered a bespoke attic hatch and paid for it(not cheap). Got an email 2 days later to say I needed to pay an additional £25 because it needed 2 locks. This wasn’t stated on the website at the time. I requested a refund and received it a few days later. I spoke to my customer who decided they would be happy with a plywood hatch. So I ordered a heavy duty catch from Jupiter blue along with a pole to open the latch. £25 for delivery was extortionate, making a total cost of £89 for such a small wee item but I grinned, beared it and will never order from these rip off merchants again.”

You can have cheap or you can have quality, but not both. Our made to measure loft hatches are hand made to your exact measurements. All our charges are made clear at the point of ordering. If you're unhappy, feel free to shop elsewhere.

“50 years DIY experience but I still appreciated good advice. Had to speak on phone 3x for different reasons. Bespoke loft hatch had just 5mm tolerance but fitted fine. Advice sheet very helpful too.”
