“Quick delivery and looks great. Replaced an old sodden hatch, this was the only site to have the correct size. Very minor adjustments needed on the aperture. There’s no draft coming through, image shown isn’t finished, I’m removing the hatch so the ceiling can be replastered”

“I purchased a fireproof metal loft hatch and the lock arm to easily undo the latch while standing below. The hatch looks very neat with a low profile . The arm while functional arrived bent in the post(made of hollow square section aluminium riveted to a loft ladder 'grab' at one end and a triangular shaped recess at the other to fit the latch). Jupiter Blue replaced the damaged efficiently with no fuss. I am very satisfied with the airtight hatch-one improvement would be to protect the mineral pad insulation on the underside of the hatch with a thin metal skin as it is easy to knock the edges off in the installation and subsequently when entering the loft. That's why I haven't given the product 5/5”

“I have used Jupiter Blue on a few occasions to purchase access panels. I also purchased a bespoke made to measure loft hatch that was fantastic quality and fitted perfectly. The online purchase and payment system is straight forward, and deliveries have always been on time. When I needed to contact customer support, my enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently. A five-star rating for a five-star company. Highly recommended.”

“Really pleased with my purchase. Excellent product made exactly to my specification. Easy to fit, & so much better than the 'old door' that existed previously. Very solid (metal) hatch door & frame.
