Compré una cazadora el 21 de Dic, hoy 3/01 todavía sigo esperando a que salga de almacén, su estado es etiqueta creada, cuando pone que los plazos de envío son de 3 a 7 días. Contactas con ellos y no te dan solución. Muy lamentable atención por el precio que pagas en sus productos. Nada recomendable y por supuesto, no volveré a comprar

Your customer service is terrible, the worst I’ve ever experienced from an online merchant. The only option is communicating with an AI respondent. Merchandise received in what look like on Amazon bag, not the standard box and with no receipt. If it wasn’t from the label attached to the garment, you would think it was from Amazon.

Not consistent with sizes, have a large jacket ordered a different style in large, it’s like a tent! Sent back £6 to return! Absolute disgrace. Will never use again!

My 2nd purchase from this company, before you recieved your purchase in a beautiful box which made it feel like you actually got somthing premium but now it comes in a plain white box. Delivery was on time and swift but this 2nd purchase on a whole was quite underwhelming compared to my first purchase when i believe someone else was running things

Unfortunately, their customer service has fallen to non existant. Whoever they had few years back - bring the person back. Unbelievable. Oh and FYI - there is customs charges, hefty $150 or so on top of $100 shipping charges to international clients. In the end, the jacket isn't worth buying unless you get it 50% off.

The worst customer service I ve ever got involved! 1. I remained 27 days after my order (I paid fast courier for delivery 3-5 days)! The item received from local post office and not via courier ( I lost 2 hours from my job to picked I up) 2.In transport cost agreed to included all taxes fees but the package had not any document for approval so I forced to pay 130€ extra fees!! I got in touch with Jack1T customer service several times without success and I dispute my case to PayPal Attention : Do not be sure that the mails that you receive before any order are true!!

What encouraged me to purchase, besides the style, was the company's history and the fact that JACK1T was relaunched in the UK by a group of passionate individuals who recognized the need for a luxury outerwear brand that was accessible to a wider, more diverse market. However, when I received the jacket I ordered, it turned out that, like most clothing, it was made in China. So where is the passion and luxury that the brand talks about? I returned the jacket because I was expecting a locally made product from the UK, not mass production in China for that kind of money. Moreover, customer service and the response time from the company are not the brand's strong points.

Website navigation is poor, Shipping limited to uk and US 🙄, jacket was never delivered to the requested address and there is zero customer service assistance…

Based on DHL express tracking service the order return Order# JK-EU11536 has been delivered to your entity 3rd of May 2022 (tracking number 7816687900) what was in frame of 60 days return conditions (original order date was 15th of March 2022). Since that time I did not receive any response from you. Could you check the return request and provide your response as soon as possible please? You are not responding to my mails, I am very upset with your client service. Did not receive money for few months.

Nice jacket but the quality of finish is very poor - the branding literally peeled off the first time I wore it.

Finally received my jackets. Was happy with one but sent back the second one. 3 weeks after they received the jacket back I still wait my 400 pounds to be refund but actually nothing is back… It’s not normal that it tools so long

Having previously purchased from Jack1T and being very satisfied I was very much looking forward to receiving my latest purchase. Despite receiving an email to say my item had been dispatched on 29th March to advise my parcel would be delivered in 31st March I am still waiting for the parcel with no explanation of where it is or what has happened to say I’m annoyed is an understatement and no I would not recommend this company longer!

Quick to take your money, slow to send it back when you refund. The sizing chart doesnt work for the USA. My exact measurements on the sites tool were input and it came in 2 sizes smaller.
