“Can't recommend this company enough. I now own 5 of their coats/jackets. I have tried various other brands but always come back to Jack1T. The products are so worth the money. They are so lightweight and comfortable. The customer service team are always so polite, efficient and know exactly what they are talking about. I woild encourage anybody who hasn't bought a coat from this company to give it a go - you won't regret it.”

From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding — clear, transparent and genuinely helpful at every step. I needed a size exchange, and the whole process was handled incredibly smoothly, with great communication throughout. Nakita in particular was amazing: proactive, professional and always quick to respond, making what could have been a complicated return and replacement completely stress-free. On top of that, I absolutely love the coats I bought. The quality, design and fit are excellent, and they feel really premium. It’s rare to find a brand that combines such well-made products with truly customer-focused service. “I spent ages looking for a black warm coat and Jack1t did not disappoint. I have one already which is very different and I love this one too. It’s so warm and cozy and I love the wrist layers that keep the cold air from going up the arms. Looks great. I’m a size 8 and I got the Small. Fits perfectly :-)”
