“Good experience, returning the first item I ordered was very easy, refund came through in a reasonable time. Would be better not to be charged for return.”

“Hello, overall I’m very disappointed. The shipping was expensive — the Terms and Conditions listed a different price for deliveries within the EU. And then there was an unbelievably high customs fee, which was never mentioned anywhere near the price. No warning at all! I thought this was supposed to be covered. In the end, the coat ended up being almost half again as expensive.”

“I was not to happy because it came in a bag not in a box. What happened to the box. I do like the Jacket. The zipper hang tag is not the same on the picture of the website.”

“I love the lightweight feel of the coat that still packs a punch of warmth..I'm sorry to say that I feel like the side pockets could be a bit deeper.. they feel so small compared to my 4 other jackets. Also. I think a zipped hood detach/ attach would be much better than the studs. This cost is lovely. It looks & feels good on and I think anyone would be happy with their purchase like I am!”

“The padded coat is very warm and snuggly, unfortunately I will have to return it as I feel the sizing comes up small, separate sizing in the future would be ideal instead of combined sizing. For the price sizing / better fabric should be more considered.”

“Must say the quality of the jacket is excellent. Ordered on a Friday and received on Monday so very fast delivery. However the jacket was to small and needed a larger size Jack1t do not do exchanges so I had to return the jacket and pay for another one in the correct size and am waiting for a refund! Hopefully will not take to long to get my money back?”

“Amazing Quality. I've been a customer with Moncler and Canada Goose before and Jack1t definitley doesn't feel any less on quality and more like a price bargain as compared to the luxury brands. The packaging could have been better because earlier they used to deliver shipments in Luxurious boxes but now its just a simple plastic bag which doesn't seem very appeliang for the price one pays for a jacket ranging from £180 to £350. I had sent an email regarding the same and was told that boxes are delivered only with VIP items which i didn't understand becase I just bought a jacket worth £300+ and if that isn't VIP then I'm not sure what is. Overall the jacket is good quality and definitely a recommendable brand, scope for imporvement does lie in the packaging front for the price that is being charged.”

“Spotted a few used jackets locally but they didnt fit, so tried to get one online last year. No dice and had to wait until next season. This year's selection looks a little bland compared to some of last year... Sorry. Decent material use and fill.”

“The jacket is beautiful, well made ,true to size and well presented, the shop discription was not 100% accurate , however Jack1t were easy to deal with, friendly and quick to reply to emails. I would purchase from them again.”
