I’m extremely disappointed that it made a purchase and still have not received my item I contacted the company thru email numerous times about the situation wit no response. I am still waiting for my item or a full refund. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated as these coats are pretty expensive!!

Arrived with no tags on zips tried contacting customer support no reply so returning. Still awaiting refund on jack1t returned over a week ago no response to emails

Very disappointing as previous experience has been excellent. Wrong item sent (wrong colour) & struggling to return as the return link is not generating a label so I don’t know where to return it to & waiting for email response. Frustrated as of no fault of my own 😔

Hi. Customer service with Jack1t it's very pure and very frustrating I received my order very quickly but wasn't the right size and I try to return but the site doesn't let me go on the returned item and I sent Customer service 5 emails and noted back from them. Even now I don't know how .im very disappointed and I won't order again .the quality is good but the service very bad

I'm disappointed with the store. I made a purchase, I didn't receive it! I sent an e-mail to the store and I didn't get an answer either…🤬😡🤬😡

so poor service. ordered a jacket on 10 dec. the order was approved on 13 dec. on 15 dec it is still not shipped and I write for service .. it takes 2 days before they answer and that he can see that the book has not happened with the order. I write so that I do not have to use the jacket if it can not be with me no later than 23 Dec. as it is a Christmas gift and I then want my oenge back instead .. service answer so the 17 dec that he will get it re sent, without giving me assurance it is in my hands no later than 23 dec. have still ikkw received a reply to my mail from the 17 dec. is the last time I order something from them and for my money withdrawn from paypal instead ..

Non ho ricevuto un bel niente perché non mi sdoganate la giacca! nonostante le mail al servizio clienti e nonostante io abbia compilato tutti i moduli per la sanificazione.

Terrible company with non-existent customer support. Bought a jacket but received the wrong size item. This is something that should not be expected to happen in a modern retail warehouse but hey, mistakes happen. I emailed and messaged their customer service multiple times and asked for a replacement. They rarely respond (they take at least 72 hours or more). As per advice, the item was returned to them. Now after several days, there has been no communication from them. No progress on the replacement. NOTHING. This terrible company sells very very expensive products but if something goes wrong, then you are on your own. Good luck to you. They are a total waste of time and I deeply regret ordering from them. Spending £300 on a product and you get a totally rubbish service from them. AVOID at all costs !!!

Terrible. Wrong jacket delivered. Did not get the Street Quilt Down, instead I got a white anorak jacket Size on label was XL (I am a medium which also was ordered) but jacket was/is too small. 👺👺👺. Now I need to make reclamation and here I read Jack1t has the worst reputation in town.

I placed an order two weeks ago, I ordered 3 jackets,and I paid for all of them ... but I only received 2, the third jacket was not sent to me. I wrote to customer support, but they are disappear . I wrote on Instagram, but they don't respond , they even deleted my comment on Instagram, where I asked for explanations. I still don't know anything about the third jacket and they still don't respond , I opened a case with paypal, because they have disappeared. My order number is JK-EU6246
