“I ordered my jacket at 26th of Novenber, immediately received an email confirming my order and indicating that my order was being prepared and I would receive an email once it was send. However, I did not receive anything anymore and even my emails to the service desk remain unanswered. Then all of a sudden I receive this mail asking if I want to write a review.... I would like to be contacted and know when (if) I will be receiving my order!!!!!!”

“Third day, i am trying to return my order, JK-EU5477, Date 08.11.2021, and can not do it. Because website does not working, and don't making retur. I wrote a lot of letters, and don't got the help. I wrote to email, facebook, against website, and doesn't got help. Its the fourth jacket i am buying here, and first time i am returning. Bad service. In the video below, you can se that its not possible to make return against website. Very dissapointed.”

“The jacket is too small, even ordered one size higher already. Quality and look is very good! I have big problems with sending back the jacket, there are no return lables included, no idea how to send back the jacket in order to receive a bigger size :(”

“Loved the jacket but it was too big, even though I used your size guide. It’s annoying that you don’t simply offer exchanges because now I have to wait until you receive it for you to issue another discount code so that I can buy the right size. You are also impossible to communicate with. The item was sent back to you a week ago but you have not got back to me and have ignored my three emails of this week. Lovely jackets, but I feel like I’m being treated with contempt.”

“I had ordered two items for a total amount of 5 hundred euro (250 € each) but I have received only one item of two. For the other I had asked customer service one certificate DHL was requesting me ( needful to proceed with consignment) but I never received neither their reply nor the product I had ordered. The reason why dhl was requesting such certificate is item with feathers could not have been imported without a certificate proving the feathers with which the product have been crafted had been sanified ( disinfestation certificate) . It is understandable I honestly cannot be satisfied at all of my order till I will not receive either the item or at least the reimbursement of 250 euro”

“Hello, sorry but unfortunately i'm not happy because the jacket didn't arrive on time. Because of Brexid, I had to pay a customs duty that was higher than your discount. In the end, my jacket is too big and I can’t use it! If I send it back I will pay customs again. The product is gorgeous but services to Europe are unfortunately impossible. I am disappointed so grade 1. Greetings Alexander”
