“Your customer service is terrible, the worst I’ve ever experienced from an online merchant. The only option is communicating with an AI respondent. Merchandise received in what look like on Amazon bag, not the standard box and with no receipt. If it wasn’t from the label attached to the garment, you would think it was from Amazon.”

“I spent ages looking for a black warm coat and Jack1t did not disappoint. I have one already which is very different and I love this one too. It’s so warm and cozy and I love the wrist layers that keep the cold air from going up the arms. Looks great. I’m a size 8 and I got the Small. Fits perfectly :-)”

“Hello, overall I’m very disappointed. The shipping was expensive — the Terms and Conditions listed a different price for deliveries within the EU. And then there was an unbelievably high customs fee, which was never mentioned anywhere near the price. No warning at all! I thought this was supposed to be covered. In the end, the coat ended up being almost half again as expensive.”
