“I have six different hedgehogs that visit between 10 and 12 each night. They love your worms but won’t eat the hedgehog food. All the birds love the sunflower seeds and I have a tiny ? field mouse that eats peanuts and does a little dance for me when it comes into the garage under the door. It goes round one way, then back the other several time with what looks like a smile on its tiny face., then disappears under the table.zIts tail is very long.”

“Efficient company, quick delivery. Berry suet pellets, peanut granules & mealworms purchased and mixed together to make my own blend. Birds love it. One star off as its "dustier" than the RSPB food i usually buy but much cheaper. In these times price is an issue and judging by the speed its eaten up i dont think the birds care.”

“Thanks. The birds loved it and it was gone in a flash. Only problem - for a very elderly person living alone the box of fat balls was too heavy for me to lift. I know you do smaller packs but that makes the order more expensive. Any ideas to solve this one?”

“4 Star only because this time, the order was delivered later than expected. I ordered before 2pm expecting next day as quoted but it was a day late. First time this has happened however.”

Unfortunately, we don't work on Sundays which is when the order was placed, so as per our T&C's this order was processed on Monday and delivered the next working day on Tuesday.

“My order of a box of fat balls. The bottom two layers were crushed into small bits and had to be thrown away. In future I would only order them in a plastic bucket. Passed orders have been satisfactory.”

“Oh dear! Our garden birds don’t much like the mixture I bought from them . Even the pigeons .. The currants and oats are just abandoned! Never mind, they will just have to get used to them! I will order something else next time.”
