“I have bought bird food from Ivel Valley a number of times. Delivery is always quick and usually by DPD with electric vehicles. I like their consideration of the ages as well as the various species of bird. This time I have bought 4 different seed mixes which I have yet not used long enough to judge. The smaller suet pellets have gone down well as always and the blackbird comes to remind me when they have all gone.”

“I had difficulty using my vouchers but an e-mail and a chat with Caroline sorted all that out with little fuss. Delivery next day, as always and the products are first rate, so the birds say by the amount they eat and the lack of waste, and are the least expensive I have found. I would heartily recommend Ivel Valley and their products”

“I received my last delivery from Ivel, one box was fine, the other the pellets were very brittle appeared to be old stock, the labels onthe boxes were the same product but not the pellets. I have been buying pellets for a while now from Ivel and the product and service has been great but the lot not so good even the birds weren't impressed.”

“I have been buying bird food for several years from Ivel Valley, and really like their products. Sp dpo the birds. I would have given a 5-star rating were it not for the poor delivery service I have been experiencing from DPD for several months. Last week the courier left my parcel with a neighbour, telling her he was 'too busy' to drive down my lane (100 yards). As I am 83, it took two days before I could find someone to collect it for me. I let Ivel Valley know about this and while they were very sympathetic, there iwas not much they could do. I shall continue to buy from Ivel Valley because they are very good, but if this delivery probelm happens again, I shall have to think about changing my supplier.”
