I am more than happy with my purchases - my only criticism is your refusal
to pack in smaller boxes (12.5kg OK not 25kg) to assist ancient, frail, people
like me when we have to carry them from where they have been dropped
to our storage point.
If I find someone who is prepared to help I will switch supplier as I know I will
be making several purchases a year - and each time it becomes more difficult.
