Bag of seed not sealed properly so lost half of it all over my floor

I have not opened the food so cannot judge the quality. The service from the team at Ivel Valley was excellent but they were let down by the courier who left the package unprotected in pouring rain at the end of the drive. He arrived well before the stated delivery time and would not come to the house as the dog was in the garden. He did not call to say he was there so I could bring the dog (soppy Labrador)in, nor did he message to say it had been delivered.

I purchase the bird suet pellet which are very good but occasionally I buy suet pellets off Amazon because I can buy a mixed 12.5kg bag. I really wish Ivel Valley would do a mixed suet pellets, I can’t afford to buy separate bags, or at least treat your total volume order when you have to buy separately so when you’ve ordered over 12.5kg in total it’s at the cheaper price.

Hi Just to let you know that no birds seem to like the raisens you have in the My Robin and me Mix food. The rest they love, but I am always left with the raisens. The Meal worms I purchased from you don't seem as poular as my previous supplier. They seem to have more 'bits' in them. The Starlings used to clear my Meal worms in seconds, but now they leave some behind.

Unfortunately there courier keeps leaving packages outdoors ,dont knock,just drop and leave,when was it acceptable for couriers to leave packages outside un-attended.

Recent order of 144 suet logs arrived. All boxes were drenched in oil , fat from the suet and the logs were a light pink. Not the usual red and just a bit of melted suet in the boxes. Birdsnot as keen once the logs are a pinky colour. Not fresh it seems

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that the boxes were very oily. Please always get in touch with us at the time, to advise if a product isn't 100% and we will do our best to rectify the situation. The colour of the logs is correct, as we are trying to reduce the amount of colour that we put in the suet so that it is a more natural colour.

I was disappointed to receive parcel with seed in plastic bags, rather than paper.

All the smaller bags of seed are now Oxo-Biodegradable Packaging, which can be recycled with ordinary plastics. If it escapes collection, it will degrade/biodegrade in the open environment on land or sea (by becoming food for bacteria and fungi). It does not create microplastics because the material is ultimately completely consumed by bacteria until there is nothing left.

Delivery was good apart from the burst bad of bird seed all over box bag half empty.I felt that the fat balls do not have much seeds in them and again some of the balls were all crumbled in box. We will have to wait to see if the birds like all products bought

It won't be a very good review at the moment I'm afraid as one of the items arrived damaged and I'm still waiting for the replacement item. The lady did say it was out of stock so may not be for a couple of weeks.

Product was actually very good. The problem was the packaging. At least 3 of the plastic containers had opened during transit. I managed to salvage most of it though

I adore the mix for the Robins. We ordered two big bags to get us through spring. Both bags arrived with large tears in the bags where they were stitched together. About a quarter of the seed escaped and was at the bottom of the box. Very disappointing.

Happy with the food but the parcel arrived in bad state. Quite badly damaged. As a result one bag of suet pellets had burst open pellets inside. Pellets everywhere and then all over the floor. The box seemed pretty frail for such a heavy load. The order included a 12kg bag of sunflower seed. All disappointing.

I am pleased that you are happy with the bird food. I have checked and we have unfortunately not received an email from you. Can you confirm which email address you sent this to, as there are a couple that are not monitored.

The bird food is fine but the standard of customer service is not. They may very well be extraordinarily busy at the moment but I didn't receive any offer of help or explanation when the courier delivered one box to the old address, not two and the courier label on it implied I had been short delivered. The other box had been delivered to the address I asked the entire order to be redirected to. I have solved the problem but companies should not be so hasty in asking for plaudits.
