“'First-time' users and so far very impressed. The ordering process was clear and simple, the pricing was very competitive and the delivery was prompt and efficient. The Christmas gift of apple-flavoured Christmas trees was a nice touch. Have not started to use the product yet but I'm sure the birds will love it and the score will then be 5 stars.”

“Food is enjoyed by the birds. Unfortunately 1 sack was ripped or the string had not caught both sides of the sack so some bird food was in the bottom of the box and had escaped into my home and presumably into the delivery van but the loss was not enough to return the item”

“I have used you to supply birdseed etc for some years. A week or so ago I placed an order using the then available £5 discount code. It didn't work and when trying to contact your support team through the link provided got no response.”

“I didn't find it easy to order in the first place because my password wasn't recognised and it proved easier to set up a new account with a different email than just change the password. But the order was very easy to place once I'd got to that point, and the goods were despatched and arrived very quickly and efficiently.”

“I've always been really pleased with the service and product from Ivel Valley. Unfortunately for my last order I had the incorrect item delivered. My fault but I didn't notice straight away so this is not possible to rectify after the event.”

“I’m erring on the sound of caution, hence my score. I’ve bought this bird food, with view to re-commence feeding my garden birds over-winter. For years I have bought bird food from Wilkos and with their demise have sought (with you, hopefully) an alternative supplier. I have been impressed by the effectiveness in ordering and delivery. My garden birds will be the decider in regard to quality. Thank you.”

“The delivery of the bird seed once delivered is excellent and the delivery people are very friendly and helpful. We have been using Ivel Valley products for a long time now, particularly the Robin Mix. Unfortunately, we have had to try an alternative seed as the birds have started to leave a lot uneaten. There seems to be a large percentage of oats in the mix and it is this that is being left. We will see what the other product is like. Would recommend the Company.”

“I have bought my bird food from Ivel Valley for a couple of years because, although the price is higher than competitors, the quality has been good. The main benefit of paying a higher price for peanuts is that you get larger kernels and they don't fall through the mesh of the feeders. This time however the nuts were small and shriveled and some were discoloured and were poor quality. My first complaint resulted in an admission that the nuts were not of their usual quality and an offer of a five-pound discount on my next order! Not a great deal when there is a 10% discount available anyway.... and why would I order from them again when I can get better quality bird food at a lower price on the high street? When I pointed that out and offered to return the bag of nuts for a refund of the purchase price Ivel Valley agreed to a refund but told me to dispose of the nuts as I thought appropriate. This offer I accepted. It would have been nice if that had been their first solution. Do not judge the products by the pictures on the website..... my peanuts looked nothing like the picture and were unpalatable for the birds! The delivery service was excellent, fast and efficient.”

“Deliveries prompt and generally error free. (Though bags that have burst in transit over the last year or so trigger a certain ongoing caution about ordering seed from this supplier.) Wide range. Website well sorted. Not the cheapest.”
