“The suet balls are a whole different product from high street fat balls and are the go-to favourite with birds during the cold spell. Ivel Valley are efficient and right on top of any queries”

“Have used Ivel Valley on a number of occasions now. The bird food is of high quality, certainly the feathered creatures around this way appreciate it ! The packaging is mostly recycled / recyclable and the delivery is very quick. Good value for money too, given the quality of the seed Shan't hesitate to use again”

“Have bought my bird food from this company for several years now. They have maintained a high standard with excellent communication , prompt delivery and most importantly high quality food. My garden birds are looking good on it and have reared many healthy fledglings these past few years Scarily , even my sparrows were down to very small numbers at one point..I now have a healthy flock making the sort of noisy "goings on" in the hedges I remember from my youth many, many years ago .🤣”

“Bird food and service by Ives Valley Bird Food was very good as usual. It is very easy to navigate their site and order the bird food. And the bird food does arrive the next day provided it is ordered in time. However this time I was let down 3 times by DPD. That was unusual as usually the service from DPD is very good too. But Ivel Valley sorted them out and I finally received my order. Congratulations to Ivel Valley for their quick response.”
