“Good selection of foods/fat balls available and competitive pricing. Disappointing that smaller size box/tub (50) wasn't available as easier to manage/move but shared larger box (150] with a friend. Package arrived in good condition and tracking was accurate.”

“The bird food is good value, and the birds evidently enjoy it, but I more oftenn than not have an issue with inadequate packaging. This time the bottom of the outer box had split open - I would say more tape is needed to hold it together, especially as the box is filled with heavy packs of seeds and fat balls.”

“I have always found Ivel Vally products to be of very good quality and the delivery service very prompt. Only one small gripe - the seeds are now quite a bit more expensive than other providers that we have used in the past.”

“Have been ordering suet pellets for a year or two now and normally no problem, this is the first time it's happened. I ordered peanut suet pellets but received mealworm suet pellets, no different in price and the birds still eat them. Hence 4 stars this time instead of 5.”
