“I have been buying bird food for several years from Ivel Valley, and really like their products. Sp dpo the birds. I would have given a 5-star rating were it not for the poor delivery service I have been experiencing from DPD for several months. Last week the courier left my parcel with a neighbour, telling her he was 'too busy' to drive down my lane (100 yards). As I am 83, it took two days before I could find someone to collect it for me. I let Ivel Valley know about this and while they were very sympathetic, there iwas not much they could do. I shall continue to buy from Ivel Valley because they are very good, but if this delivery probelm happens again, I shall have to think about changing my supplier.”

“The birds love the food, very little waste. Service is always swift but as a regular costumer or many years I was disappointed they wouldn’t honour a 10% discount I was 14 hours late in using. I’m still shopping with them and will continue to do so due to the quality of the food and rapid delivery but for the sake of a few pounds it seems churlish not to have honoured the discount…. Hence the 4*”

The insect and mealworm have never been visable in the suet pellets, as they are crushed up into a powder form. We have not changed the recipe of the suet pellets recently.

“While the order was delivered in a very short time and everything arrived in very good condition, I think that I ordered the wrong food. The item I was looking at had whole dried insects in it, what I must have ordered and what arrived is a pellet that has no distinctive contents, such a pellet of what ever and the wild birds are not interested. 🤔😩 The feeders are brilliant!”

“Good quality bird food, the only downside was it was delivered in 3 separate drops and after the 1st drop there was nothing to tell me the rest of my delivery would follow. I thought it had got lost!”

“Lovely ivel valley bird food. Great service, good quality product. Suet balls are excellent. Only reason I haven't given 5 * is my local birds don't seem to like the niger seeds & unfortunately I've mixed them in with other seeds. They are always left in the bird feeder. Anyway. I'll know next time.”

“Quick to arrive and good customer services. The one think I like to note is that 25kg comes in a flimsy plastic bag inside a cardbox. It does say on the info that it comes in plastic bag but I was expecting something more substantial. This is a bulky box to handle and the bag was with the opening at bottom of the box making it very hard to handle without the risk of ripping the bag”

“I ordered 2 x boxes of 50 suet balls (super suet and insect and mealworm)which arrived quickly and I was pleased with the overall service and competitive price. The balls were loose in the box with no lining paper, which, I seem to recall, was used in a previous order. The balls were also quite hard compared to others I have purchased,and, now that the weather has turned very cold, the birds (mainly bluetit and great tits) seem to be having trouble eating them.”

“Great service and product. Need to incentivise and reward very regular customers. In my opinion points system not generous enough for very regular customers which is why I still shop around and buy elsewhere from time to time.”
