“Thank you for the items we received they are great. I couldn't give 5 stars though as the service is not great with regard to items going out of stock. We ordered items via the website and via a telephone call with customer service, each time despite being able to order the items they arrived short of stock which is not great when you have a group performance and only half of them have the outfit. More information with regard to available stock would be preferred.”

Thank you for the review, I am so glad you liked the items you ordered. Sometimes we do have problems where the stock levels in the warehouse do not match the stock levels on screen and unfortunately this has happened on both your orders, which is a very rare occurrence. This has been passed on to the relevant department and they are working hard to rectify the issue raised.

“I wish when I’m ordering over 300 costumes I would be offered free returns and money back to my account rather then credit”

You can always request that the credit is put back into your bank account or returned to your card. It does not have to remain as a credit on your account.
