The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The stock is generally readily available and delivered quickly but if not they can tell you when it will be. Good range of costumes. All very reasonably priced.
The only small issue we have is with the First Position sizes. They come up very small so I generally have to sell 'adult' sizes to children which means they are paying VAT. For example most of our 9/10 year olds need a size 3 and often our 13/14 year olds need a size 6 which is the biggest size! They are all very 'normal' sized children too.
