IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

Just completed my third third sim download with IQ As usual everything went smoothly Can’t recommend them enough!

Your website stated delivery in 24 hours and I paid yoi additional £8 fee, I ordeted the card on the 30/04 but it did not arrive untill the 2/05 . I had left on tour that morning and have had to due without the card!

I have been using the IQ travel sim for my European trip and have to say that the service has been excellent, along with fantastic coverage in both France and Spain. I will happily use them again.

We are using IQ mobile in Europe. You can use it for 3 months in the eu and Switzerland. We pay £20 a month for 100g and we can watch our data usage. The customer service was outstanding. Chat was through WhatsApp and Frazer gave such good instructions that he solved our problems very quickly. He also gave us tips on how to reduce the amount of data we were using. We have always had a good signal. 5 stars and comendations to other customers from me.

Purchased this sim to use in my motorhome, so far the coverage is excellent. Have contacted customer services a couple of times and found them to be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am yet to try the sim out of the uk but reading other reviews I am not expecting any problems.

Really really like IQ Mobile for both the customer service and product. The reason for 4 stars, which might be a little unfair, is due to a change in policy whereby the 100GB for use in Europe for 90 days is now only available once in a rolling year whereas previously if you used it in the UK the 90 days would start again. As someone who travels to Europe for at least 180 days a year this product doesn't work. They have said if we buy sims for other devices they'd increase the term, this feels a little unfair. So when our contract ends we'll look elsewhere but keep an eye on IQ mobile in case things change.

Exactly what I need for travel through Europe in my motorhome with a mobile router; a SIM up to 100Gb of data for 30 days (more available) without fair usage capping or a contract - brilliant!

Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, seem very high on customer satisfaction. The connection in France seems to be pretty good. As motorhomers I've not quite worked out the benefit of paying to keep SIM card open all year if we can only use it 90 days abroad each year. This could be displayed and made known on web site better. A package to use sim for 6 months out of 12 would be better and reflect the current travelling rules in UK/Europe. All in all so far I would recommend IQ mobile.

I have only just received our IQ sim for use in our motorhome for use when we are travelling, especially in the EU. The SIM worked fine when we were in the UK but when we arrived in Spain although the router was connected and it says we have WiFi, the internet was not working. After having contacted IQ Go customer services they advised us to check some settings which we did and the Internet is now working. Customer services were quick and helpful.

I have recently purchased the annual subscription sim but before the purchase I made a few enquiries via their WhatsApp platform and they were very quick to respond with the answers. I have yet to purchase any minutes so I can’t comment on this at the moment. So far I am very pleased with their service.

Very happy so far with my use of the IQ Go SIM. We use the SIM in a motorhome that is used of and on; so it's important that we only have to pay for the times that we are away in the van. It's easy to buy more time via the web interface, as and when you need it. An app would make life even easier. Hopefully this is something being considered. And the pan-European support is great. We have already used it in multiple countries. And the support folks at IQ Mobile are very responsive when you need any guidance or clarification.

Works great for touring about in Scotland. The network is stable and its easy to buy more data if its a rain day and the Netflix is getting a bit over used.

I have a IQ Mobile SIM in my mobile router attached to my mobile home. I have bought a yearly subscription and pay for data as I need it. This has worked when I am touring Europe and if I need to top up I have done so easily via their website. If there are any issues, I contact them via WhatsApp and a human being actually helps set up the SIM and on one occasion sort out my router settings. I am very happy with this service and I would and have reccommended MobileIQ to any of my friend and contacts on social media.
