About IQ Mobile Ltd:

Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Amazing service. When you send an email to IQ at 9pm on a Saturday evening and don’t expect a reply until the next week. Only to receive a reply 5 minutes later is unbelievable service. I’ve since sent a second email question, and received a reply within 10 minutes. Having placed an order, everything arrived within time. I seriously can’t praise IQ enough. “SIM and order for data arrived promptly and reasonably good value. However, instructions say SIM will activate automatically when inserted. This did not happen and we were stuck in France with no data or internet access. Finally after a couple of days we managed to contact IQ on another mobile and they activated the SIM! Now working well with mobile router.”
