Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“as a company to deal with they have been excellent easy process to purchase and has been good value as all the data could be used abroad without fees , have used my sim in a mobile router to anable me to not have to pay on my EE account a discusting £25 to be able to use my data abroad . So know I have come online to purchase another month to find all has now changed I do hope that it is EE that has pit the pressure on to charge for europeen use as you as a company have hit a very good niche in the leasure market to all us motorhomers and caravaners that have found this sim to be perfect to just pay as and when we need it .I hope that you hunt around and find other suppliers with very good signals in europe and keep this type of product going if not my rating will be going to 2 * and my bussiness elsewear”

“Impressed with Service etc but real issue now with SIM card is the fair useage policy abroad. This will mean that unless this is relaxed I will have to look elsewhere in future.”

“I am very pleased with th3 sheer efficiency of IQ Mobile, but am disappointed that the EU roaming allowance has been cut so severely. The advert that I saw (on YouTube) clearly stated that whatever data allowance was paid for would be honoured when roaming. The sim has a very strong signal which is a delight when travelling.”

“This would be a 5/5 if IQGo was still available and backed by their excellent customer service. Sadly the current data roaming options are no lomnger viable for our use, although as soon as IQ come up with an alternative that doesn't use the network belonging to the hideously vile EE I'll certainly sign up again”

“I have used IQ many times for my holidays. It is so easy to use and I never have any problems with wifi . The only thing that can improve the service would be an app to use. Keep up the good work IQ.”

“No good, find another company. Used last year paid £20 for the yearly SIM usage and a further £20 for a month's data 100GB, it worked well so purchased this year to work while travelling europe. Paid an additional £20 for the annual SIM usage and £20 for first moths data, connection has been very poor this year everywhere and when showing full reception the speeds have not been anywhere near advertised, been struggling to load email, contacted company but 2 weeks later and heard nothing. Got an email today explaining that the 100gb is being cut to 25gb before my agreed data bundle even expires. I'll be submitting a claim for a refund. There are other companies that offer a far better service, avoid this one!”
