Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

My sim card on order 11477 never arrived

With wifi speeds that can vary wildly between 60 Mb/s and 0.75 Mb/s throughout the day, sometimes with a Ping as long as 100-200, it makes it difficult to get anything done. I used to find that their customer service, if you needed it, was excellent, but when I ask for these problems to be looked into they don't respond. On top of this, they recently increased my monthly payment by a significant amount, although there's no information at all on my IQ Mobile account to back this up or that shows any of my usage. I'm not sure what's happened to this company, but the service at the moment is very poor.

We had this in September 24 and on a busy site in Spain we had no issues it was great. On the same site in March nowhere near as busy and it’s absolutely rubbish paid more for the 100gb whether it’s on a different system I have no idea but it’s so weak we can only use 1 phone and that’s buffering If this is the new service being offered then I wouldn’t bother We are having to go and buy another card in Spain to get data for the wifi to work Not happy at all£78 plus £20 membership

Data roaming used to work but no longer enough

No good, find another company. Used last year paid £20 for the yearly SIM usage and a further £20 for a month's data 100GB, it worked well so purchased this year to work while travelling europe. Paid an additional £20 for the annual SIM usage and £20 for first moths data, connection has been very poor this year everywhere and when showing full reception the speeds have not been anywhere near advertised, been struggling to load email, contacted company but 2 weeks later and heard nothing. Got an email today explaining that the 100gb is being cut to 25gb before my agreed data bundle even expires. I'll be submitting a claim for a refund. There are other companies that offer a far better service, avoid this one!

Your website stated delivery in 24 hours and I paid yoi additional £8 fee, I ordeted the card on the 30/04 but it did not arrive untill the 2/05 . I had left on tour that morning and have had to due without the card!

Since activating my IQ SIM card in my phone I have yet to get a decent internet connection!!!! Not sure how this will work for my upcoming holiday in Spain for the next 90 days, no doubt I will find out. Great contact and support from IQ mobile but, my connectivity issues are unresolved at this time.

We travelled to Norway and Sweden with an Iq mobile data sim. Initially we had no Internet at all but Iq mobile customer support sorted the problem and we had data to mid Sweden. Thereafter the local networks only offered 2g service through Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany. Everywhere we went we had 4g or 5g service on our personal phones. There is not much point in a data sim if the local operators do not provide a 3g or 4g connection as 2g is simply a waste of time.
