Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, seem very high on customer satisfaction.
The connection in France seems to be pretty good. As motorhomers I've not quite worked out the benefit of paying to keep SIM card open all year if we can only use it 90 days abroad each year. This could be displayed and made known on web site better. A package to use sim for 6 months out of 12 would be better and reflect the current travelling rules in UK/Europe. All in all so far I would recommend IQ mobile.
