Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I particularly like IQ as I have a motorhome and travel around a lot including Europe. IQ enables me to connect to the Wi-Fi and include roaming. What is great is that I am not required to make a monthly payment unlike a lot of other providers. I fully recommend IQ.”

“Quick delivery of the SIM card, easy to setup in a an old mobile router after unlocking with the original network. Found the new network details on the internet but it didn't work straight away so I used Whatsapp to discuss with support - they were quick to respond (minutes) and helped me narrow down the problem immediately (I hadn't switched on 'Roaming'). Took the router to Devon and had reception on EE ranging from good to excellent. 100GB lasted 10 days (2 teenagers!) and we had no problems whatsoever with streaming videos and even ITVx simultaneously. Not going away again for a while, so being able to just top up next time and not be paying when we aren't using it is excellent. Very good experience with the company and the product overall, and no negatives. Highly recommended!”

“IQ mobile works well. The customer service is absolutely perfect. The add ons are a tad expensive and can't add enough data in these days when all our devices are using a lot of data than expected which is a bit of a bummer but know to add more initially now.”

“I had issues with the original phone being damaged in transit also connection issues with the replacement. James sorted out a replacement very quickly and I have been playing email ping pong with James to sort out the connection issue, he suggested that I enter the settings manually. He actually provided the correct settings for EE and I am pleased to say that all is now OK on 4G, there are a couple of other technical issues concerning the contact list that I am hoping a new SIM card will resolve but the phone is now in use and OK. I can quite see why Emporia partnered up with IQ Mobile as they have been tremendous in offering support but it was an old persons phone that I purchased and the SIM information should have copied over without the need for all this technical stuff, I would have been lost without the help that James provided.”

“5 Stars isn't enough sometimes. There's a whole range of product options available, and this and the flexibility to switch at will sold me on the product. I'm almost completely at a loss with tech but the guys at IQ assisted big time with customer service even extending to going the extra mile and staying late on Friday to get me up and running. This sort of customer service speaks volumes about the company. I highly recommend them”
