Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“We bought a SIM card for our Motorhome and it works like a dream! Just spending 9 days in France then will use in UK for rest of the month. Simple to set up and if you contact with any questions the response is fantastic. Always got to love great customer service !! Will be recommending to fellow motorhomers!”

“With wifi speeds that can vary wildly between 60 Mb/s and 0.75 Mb/s throughout the day, sometimes with a Ping as long as 100-200, it makes it difficult to get anything done. I used to find that their customer service, if you needed it, was excellent, but when I ask for these problems to be looked into they don't respond. On top of this, they recently increased my monthly payment by a significant amount, although there's no information at all on my IQ Mobile account to back this up or that shows any of my usage. I'm not sure what's happened to this company, but the service at the moment is very poor.”
