IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

Rather dissapointed that having paid £15.00 for a IQ Go bundle, the site I was on - Sophia Gardens, Cardiff - was in a poor reception area for an EE mast. Having failed to connect via our 12v KUMA router, IQ kindly sent a new SIM as we thought it could have been a corrupted SIM. The new SIM failed too. The whole exercise cost me £7.50 as you refunded me £7.50. There must be a way of idetifyig 'good' EE reception areas so as to avoid such a false purchase. My iPhone is on the EE network and that worked fine. Fortunately we had a Mi-Fi with 'Three' SIM and we used that instead. Three worked fine. We missed having the tri- 'BB Go' SIM in a situation like that. BBGo is more expensive, but the chance of getting a signal is greater. IQ's Customer Service was EXCELLENT though.

Excellent customer service, I'd go as far to say 2nd to none. Highly recommend. We only use sim for caravan trips and it's been great. The ability to see data usage would be good (as I don't use a phone just a router) but I know they're working on this.

IQ Mobile provide an excellent service. Stable fast 4g and 5g on EE network at a fraction of the price going directly to EE. World-class customer service! IQ Mobile are by far the best. Highly recommended!

I obtained a SIM card from IQ earlier in the year. This was data only for the router in my Motorhome. It worked well all around Europe in France,Belgium,Luxembourg,Germany ans Switzerland. Due to this I decided to get two SIM cards for our iPhones as the data only offer is very good .

Iqgo worked great for Is this year June 2024 in France with good bundle costs but the crazy new price due to the changes may mean we won’t be using them next year unfortunately The review is based on the recent changes

Trouble shooting team have been superb, quick responses and layman’s term used when communicating. I joined IQ because I was able to use the same amount of data in Europe as I could in UK, sadly this has now changed and I am only able to use 25% of my UK allowance in Europe. This is still a better deal than most offer though and so will stay with this data provider.

Mostly good, but was confusing when ordering IQ Go that the flyer was discussing mobile phone SIM. Following a few days testing, it seems 75GB Uk use would soon be used. 25 GB abroad is very limited.
