IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I have a IQ Mobile SIM in my mobile router attached to my mobile home. I have bought a yearly subscription and pay for data as I need it. This has worked when I am touring Europe and if I need to top up I have done so easily via their website. If there are any issues, I contact them via WhatsApp and a human being actually helps set up the SIM and on one occasion sort out my router settings. I am very happy with this service and I would and have reccommended MobileIQ to any of my friend and contacts on social media.”

“I bought a sim card for use in my Motorhome. It was an easy procedure and the sim card was delivered really quickly. The only downside was that I twice asked questions about how their IQGo product worked, but failed to receive any reply”

“The ability to talk to Frazer at IQ Mobile on the phone was invaluable. Once I’d bought the sim, he helped me set things up and it’s great to know that there is someone available in case of any issues whilst travelling in Europe this summer in my van 😊”

“What a pleasant surprise to find a British company that do not want to rip you off.Ihave been looking for a sim that I can use for my motorhome for wifi that can be used abroad without lose of data due to the pathetic so called fair use wow if I have a unlimited or 100 plus gb usage in the uk why oh why to these big rip off companies limit you to 12gb per month and then charge you £25 extra to use it abroad to. BRILLIANT OFFERS PAY AS YOU NEED DATA WORTH THE £20 A YEAR TO KEEP THE SIM ACTIVE and get to use all data with no extra charges .You deserve to do well a d I for one will be telling all my motorhome friends about it . All I would like to see is a app not webpage to buy extra data and control etc if Iwas being picky”

“First time using a mobile router, took a 100gb package with IQ which I had issues setting up the router, Sent a WhatsApp message to IQ got an instant response from Frazer who told me how to resolve my issue, sat in Spain writing this review now all working perfectly,”

“The IQ Mobile system works very well for me in the motor home and also for wifi at home, my only comment would be that as the data is nearing the end, an email instead of a message on the mobile device would be more noticeable as a reminder to top up.”

“Process of buying a data top up for a IQ go SiM is very simple. However the purchase wasn't (I'm told) 'applied correctly' which meant we didn't have data when we arrived in France. When I contacted the team via whatsapp the issue was resolved quickly.”
